As a Year 4 Teacher you will be responsible for planning delivering and assessing lessons that engage and inspire students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and teach creative interactive lessons based on the National Curriculum ensuring they are engaging and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student performance track progress and provide constructive feedback to help students grow and reach their full potential.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing and motivating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued supported and confident in their learning.
• Encourage Personal Development: Support students in developing key skills including confidence independence teamwork and resilience helping them prepare for the next stage of their education.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work alongside fellow teachers and support staff to deliver a cohesive and inclusive curriculum.
• Communicate with Parents and Guardians: Establish positive supportive relationships with parents keeping them updated on their childs progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to School Life: Take part in school events activities and initiatives that enhance the school community and promote students development.

We are looking for a Year 4 Teacher who is enthusiastic creative and committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners. Heres what were looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 with a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and how to deliver engaging lessons.
