Job summary

A leading educational support provider in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to support students with special educational needs. This full-time role offers a contract until July 2026, with a pay rate of £95 - £115 per day. Candidates should have experience working with children and must have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one. You will assist teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment and work closely with students to help them thrive.

Qualifications

As a SEN TA you will be required to:

  • Have a Passion for working with children with special educational needs

  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students
  • Collaborating with the SENCO and external specialists to develop effective strategies
  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
  • Live commutable to Redbridge, London

As a SEN TA within a Primary school in Redbridge, you will be working closely with students who require additional support. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
