- Work on early-stage design and concept development across a variety of project sectors
- Contribute to design reviews, feasibility studies, and planning applications
- Collaborate with Directors and team members on design proposals
- Produce drawings, presentations, and 3D visuals for client meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities during the design process
- Qualified Architect with ARB registration
- Strong design and conceptual thinking ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
- £40,000 - £58,000 salary
