A leading technical recruitment firm is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Stoke-on-Trent. You will conduct tests and analyses while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates will have laboratory experience, knowledge in microbiology, and a willingness to learn. Skills
Laboratory Technician – 12‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover). Potential to extend or become permanent.
Location: Stoke‑on‑Trent, commutable from Cheadle, Crewe, Nantwich, Stafford and surrounding areas.
Salary: £25,500‑£26,500 plus office hours (8 am‑4 pm), training, optional overtime and company benefits.
Start date: November.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Conducting tests and analysis on a variety of samples.
- Producing clear report writing.
