A well-established manufacturing business in the United Kingdom is seeking a Management Accountant to lead the preparation of management accounts and financial reports. Key responsibilities include overseeing reconciliations, managing fixed assets, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to senior responsibilities. Competitive salary between £33,000 and £45,000 per annum.

- Pay: £33,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.00pm

As a Management Accountant, you will lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and financial reports, supporting business decisions with detailed variance analysis and financial insight. This Management Accountant role also includes overseeing reconciliations, managing fixed assets, budgeting and forecasting, supporting statutory reports, and mentoring an Assistant Management Accountant.
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a desire to develop and take on senior responsibilities
