Job summary
A prominent NHS trust in Leeds is seeking Band 6 Specialist Technicians to lead clinical trials pharmacy operations. The ideal candidates will have pharmacy expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing patient care. This role involves overseeing trial activities, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications
- Experienced pharmacy technicians with leadership and management skills.
- Experience in clinical trials is an advantage, training will be provided.
- Extensive post-qualification experience in hospital or higher-level pharmacy technician.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire pharmacy teams across multiple sites.
- Oversee trial operations ensuring patient safety and compliance.
- Manage team performance, training, and onboarding.
