Job summary

A vehicle workshop in the Bexhill-on-Sea area is seeking a Vehicle Technician. This role offers in-house training, progression towards Senior Technician, and the opportunity to become an MOT Tester. Working hours are Mon-Fri with Saturday mornings required 1 in 3. The basic salary ranges from £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience, along with bonus potential based on targets. The environment is friendly with no customer interaction, allowing you to focus on vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Qualified by Experience or NVQ Level 2 or 3 certificate in a suitable field.
• Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Join a vehicle workshop specializing in all makes of used cars.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Progress to Senior Technician and learn to be an MOT Tester.

Skills

Qualified by Experience or NVQ Level 2 or 3 certificate

Job description

A Great opportunity has arisen to join a vehicle workshop specialising in all makes of used cars as a Vehicle Technician based in the Bexhill on Sea area.

Hours : Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30 - with 1 hour Lunch (they even close between 1-2) & Saturday mornings 1 in 3 only.

The successful Candidate will benefit from in house training as well as the opportunity to progress within the business to Senior Technician and they will give you the opportunity to continually develop yourself. You can also learn to be a MOT Tester later once you have settled in

Basic salary of £18,000- £24,000 (dependant on experience), plus a Bonus is targets are achieved

No customer interaction, the work is all set and planned, great place to work, good atmosphere to work in nice Family Firm.

Qualified by Experience or NVQ Level 2 or 3 certificate in a suitable field and a Full Driving License and access to their own vehicle.
