Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, lean methods, and quality control.
• Experience with First Article Inspection, PPAP, and APQP processes.
• Confident using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCCA).
• Ability to influence, coach, and work across cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate and sentence non‑conformities, offering expert input to Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and external suppliers
• Support root cause investigations and contribute to continual improvement initiatives across product life cycles
• Provide technical coaching to assembly and inspection teams to build quality into the process
