Job summary
A leading beauty retailer is seeking a Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in enhancing customer experience and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will coach the team, ensure compliance with procedures, and monitor business KPIs. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, strong leadership, and customer service skills, along with a passion for cosmetics and beauty products. Responsibilities include supporting the team and driving the store's performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years retail experience in a similar field (Beauty or Fashion).
- Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products required.
