A leading staffing agency is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious commercial site in Central London. The role involves managing electrical systems and HVAC maintenance, requiring strong qualifications in electrical engineering, along with excellent site management and client-facing skills. The position offers a salary of £52,000 with added overtime and benefits, providing an opportunity to take full ownership of the building's hard services.
Role: Lead Maintenance Engineer (Sole Charge)
Location: Central London (High-End Static Site)
Salary: £52,000 + Overtime + Great Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Call-out only 1 in 16)
Run Your Own Building. We are looking for an experienced, Electrical-biased Lead Engineer to take full ownership of the hard services at a prestigious commercial site in Central London.
