A leading construction management firm is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital works projects in Haringey, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Candidates should have a degree in construction management, experience managing £20 million+ projects, and strong leadership skills. Immediate availability is required for this temporary role.
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager - Capital Works, to start immediately in Haringey.
Rate of Pay: £585 per day(umbrella)
Role Purpose:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee a portfolio of major capital investment projects within the housing stock. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting statutory, regulatory, and council requirements. You will play a strategic role in managing the annual housing investment program of up to £40 million, leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful outcomes for residents.
