Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their busy finance team in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will be CIMA qualified, with proven experience in overseeing end-to-end accounts responsibilities. This full-time, office-based role requires strong initiative and excellent teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. The salary ranges from £34,000 to £40,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant with end-to-end accounts responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounts from start to finish.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes.

Education
Our clients are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their busy finance team.
We need a highly motivated individual who can work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, whilst also collaborating effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be CIMA qualified ideally, with proven experience as a Management Accountant with end‑to‑end accounts responsibility.
This is a full‑time permanent position.
Salary £34,000‑£40,000pa.
Eastbourne based, fully office based.
