In this exciting role, you'll support a variety of businesses across the group, helping drive financial reporting, insights, and brilliant basics in accounting. Working closely with both operational and financial stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
- Analysing complex datasets to spot trends, variances, and opportunities
- Delivering clear, accurate, and timely reporting for business leaders
- Supporting transactional accounting and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing working capital and helping maximise cash flow
- Partnering with our shared service team to uphold exceptional service levels
- Collaborating across the finance community to share best practice
- Contributing to finance projects, reporting improvements, and data analysis
- Assisting with account creation, audit requests, and stakeholder queries
- Offering cross-departmental support and tackling ad-hoc tasks
We want someone who is at the beginning of their accounting career-a proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and team engagement skills
- A keen eye for detail and sound financial basics
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making

- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment (desired, not essential!)
