Experience & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People\'s Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- 5 years in residential childcare
- 2 years in staff supervision and management
Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage a dedicated team to provide high-quality care for children and young people
- Ensure a nurturing home environment and therapeutic approach across homes

- Up to £18,000 in annual performance-related bonuses
