Overview

Project Manager (Hotels & Leisure) – Salary up to £80K incl package. Location: City Of London. Regions: Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, London, South East, Surrey.

Family-feel independent consultancy providing first class services to the construction and property industry is seeking a Project Manager with a bias towards hotel and leisure to join the London office with immediate effect.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project management and cost management for hotels, leisure or education projects, with experience of high-value schemes.
  • Work with a Main Contractor and manage Pre-Contract Planning, including planning process and phases.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery in line with commitments.
  • Immerse yourself in project delivery and take ownership of all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor on Hotel, Leisure or Education projects.
  • Experience with a Main Contractor.
  • Excellent understanding of cost management and ability to manage high-value projects.
  • Demonstrated pre-contract planning experience.
