We are looking for a Production Technician to assist with daily tasks of preparation, manufacture, and inspection of compounded medicine.

Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, environmental monitoring, and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.

The role will be based at our Stockport site, working Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts: one week 6am - 2pm, followed by 2pm - 10pm (Twilight shift).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Label all product types according to product specifications
  • Prioritize jobs effectively
  • Dispensing
  • Manufacture all product types in accordance with SOPs
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Control isolator inventory
  • Meet turnaround times
  • Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing
  • Select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials
  • Facility Monitoring
  • Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent in English & Mathematics
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
