Overview

Production Manager required to join a well-established manufacturer based in Newton Abbot. Salary £39,000 - £44,000 + 4-day week + days-based schedule + training opportunities + career progression + full-time + permanent role + company benefits. They recently celebrated their 20th anniversary and are the largest manufacturer of their goods globally, with additional production facilities overseas. The Role

• Managing production activities – planning, continuous improvement (CI), Health & Safety (H&S), and Quality.
• People management of the production team – ensuring all metrics are met.
• 4-day week: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:00.
• Support for progression and training incentives.

• Production management experience.
• Engineering or manufacturing background.
