As the selectedPrincipal RF Engineer, your role will be split between designing RF systems at component level, and providing technical leadership for the development of projects.

The right candidate will have a solid background in RF design, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator.

The role is an 80/20 split in favour of design to leadership.

Responsibilities for the role of Principal RF Engineer will include:

• Designing and developing RF systems at the component level.
• Conducting performance tests and optimizations to meet specified performance criteria.
• Leading integration and prototyping efforts to ensure seamless integration of sub-systems with larger systems or components.
• Review projects progress, set priorities, and address challenges.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.
• Assist mentors providing guidance and support on technical issues.
• Engage in project management activities, such as updating project timelines, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
