Responsibilities

To provide high-quality, personalised one-to-one care and support to an individual with specific needs. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, ensuring safety and comfort, and enhancing quality of life through compassionate, respectful, and dignified care while also providing support on the floor as needed.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
