• Minimum NVQ, IMI or City and Guilds level 2 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair required.
• Full UK driving licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

Overview

Mobile Vehicle Technician - Newcastle

Salary: £38,625 basic + Company Van OTE 50k (a guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities)

Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend incidents, diagnose issues, and either repair on-site to get the vehicle back on the road or arrange for return to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on the vehicle’s issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical diagnostics.
• Represent the company with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum or equivalent to NVQ, IMI or City and Guilds level 2 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
