  • Provide robust support for the hybrid environment using Microsoft Entra Connect.
  • Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and core network services (including Proxy PAC).
  • Be a point of escalation for issues relating to cloud services and their functionality, with emphasis on security and compliance.
  • Management of the M365 Defender suite, including endpoint, Office 365, and Cloud App Security.
  • Administer identity governance with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Strengthen the tenant and its services' security posture throughout their lifecycle by enforcing best practices and maintaining compliance with frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and CIS, as well as regulatory standards like GDPR.
  • Implementation of sensitivity labels and encryption using Microsoft Purview to classify and protect sensitive data.
  • Configure and fine-tune DLP policies to prevent data leakage across M365 services.
  • Manage eDiscovery requests and maintain audit logs to support legal and compliance requirements.
What you will bring to the role

  • Provide senior-level leadership and mentorship to effectively support a team or department in delivering project-based work.
  • Experience in a technical IT support role with hands-on involvement in design, implementation and support of systems and services.
