Support apprentices and adult learners across the Business, Professional, Accounting and Finance curriculum. Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences in classroom and workplace settings. Assess learners’ progress through formal and informal methods. Contribute to curriculum development and support the implementation of pastoral and welfare systems. Manage a caseload of learners and employers, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of quality assurance. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assist with recruitment, and support onboarding and enrolment processes.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in the business and professional sector. You will have experience in teaching, training or assessing and be willing to undertake a teaching/assessing qualification if not already held.
