A contracting agency is seeking a Floor Layer for ongoing refurbishments in Birmingham. Responsibilities include screeding the kitchen floor and laying vinyl in bathrooms and kitchens. Ideal candidates will have experience with social housing contracts and must bring their own tools and transport. This role offers £190-£210 per day with weekly pay on a self-employed basis.

Overview

I'm looking for a Floor Layer for a contract working on tenanted Kitchen and Bathroom refurb schemes around Birmingham. This is an ongoing role paying £190-£210 a day on a self employed basis.

Responsibilities

• Screed the kitchen floor.
• Flat lay vinyl in the bathroom and kitchens.
• All materials will be delivered to site.
• Preferably have your own tools and transport.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on social housing contracts previously (ideally).
• Own tools and transport are desirable.

Benefits/Details

• £190-£210 per day
• Weekly pay, CIS
• Ongoing work (this contract is for the next two years)
