As a Technology Architecture Lead at HSBC UK, you will drive the strategic direction and delivery of technology architecture across multiple value streams. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, collaborating closely with business architecture and design teams to ensure alignment with HSBC Group strategies and external standards. Your role will involve overseeing the creation and management of Functional Solution Architectures (FSAs), influencing investment decisions, and managing the application landscape for transformation and optimisation.
You’ll promote architectural best practices, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and mentor teams to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Staying abreast of technology trends, you’ll advise stakeholders on emerging opportunities and impacts, contributing to the successful delivery of HSBC UK’s business outcomes.
This role can be based in Sheffield, Birmingham or Leeds.
