Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Education and Training sector

Location: Office / remote based

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Dependent on experience

Type: Full time, Permanent

KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, who are currently looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the client’s digital marketing strategy to promote apprenticeships and other commercial training provision.
  • Contribute towards business growth and increased social media presence by creating engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, blogs, thought pieces) across digital platforms (social media, website, email).
  • Oversee social media activity, ensuring brand consistency and staying ahead of new trends to create fresh content across all channels.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns to boost learner applications and employer engagement.
  • Maintain the website using a CMS and support on-page content improvements.
  • Assist with coordinating email marketing efforts and CRM database updates.
  • Build online communities through active engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and production of copy (Canva essential; Adobe desirable).
  • Monitor and report on social media activity and campaign engagement.
  • Help plan, deliver, and promote events.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience of working within a marketing role, ideally within the Apprenticeship / Training sector – a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience of using key social media platforms with a keen sense of branding and design.
  • Strong design and video-editing capabilities are desirable.
  • Experience of using Canva (or equivalent), knowledge of different content formats, and ability to create engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
