A leading cloud solutions provider in Slough seeks a Data Centre Operations Technician responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure with a focus on customer server environments. The role requires flexibility for a 2nd shift schedule, strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and operating systems, and a background in customer service. Ideal candidates will have technical education, experience with server hardware, and be proficient in communication and teamwork, all aimed at delivering exceptional support to clients.

The Data Centre Operations Technician owns the responsibility of all IT Infrastructure, including customer configurations, within the data centre environment ensuring all customer server environments are secure, operational and maintain 99.999% uptime.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule, supporting a team doing 24x7x365 coverage, including holidays and weekends. We require someone to cover the 2nd shift (12:00 - 21:00), 5 days p/week, rotating from Sunday-Thursday to Tuesday-Saturday.
