The Bel Group, a major player in the food industry with brands such as The Laughing Cow, Kiri, Babybel, Boursin Nurishh, Pom'Potes, and GoGo squeeZ, generated sales of €3.74 billion in 2024. We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at the Dole plant, reporting directly to the Plant Director. The role involves coordinating all physical and information flows related to packaging, raw materials, inputs, and finished products to meet internal and external customer demands in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines, while optimizing costs.

Main responsibilities include:

• Acting as the liaison between the Supply Chain Zone and production sites, defining production commitments and representing customer interests.
• Optimizing the use of industrial tools and ensuring production planning aligns with site capacity.
• Managing raw materials and packaging supply, storage, and availability according to MRP principles, with a focus on stock optimization.
• Overseeing the storage and shipment of finished products.
• Implementing marketing action plans in collaboration with marketing and production teams.
• Ensuring the reliability of logistics information systems.
• Proposing and implementing organizational and tool developments to optimize the Supply Chain.
• Participating in cross-functional Supply Chain projects.

Quality and Safety:

• Complying with standards such as IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and seeking continuous process improvement.
• Respecting Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental rules to ensure a safe workplace.

Social and Management:

• Managing staff participatively, promoting safety, and improving working conditions.
• Defining departmental structure, setting objectives, and conducting annual reviews.
• Managing logistics operating budgets and seeking cost optimization.

Candidate profile:

Higher education in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial logistics, expertise in logistics and production information systems, and cross-functional supply chain knowledge.
