Job summary
A global tech solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the mobile and Telco markets. Responsibilities include supporting system maintenance, managing product deployments, and resolving customer technical issues. Strong knowledge of networking, customer support processes, and Linux/Unix systems is essential. Qualifications
