Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Digital Marketing and CommerceProduct Owner! This role will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. With a focus on:

• Digital Marketing Platform for hosting & governing marketing websites
• Digital Commerce Platform (Magento, Shopify etc)
• Cloud hosting, configurations & deployments
• Digital tools such as google analytics, email service, social media etc

Your key missions

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value. You are the voice of the stakeholders.

You will:

• Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories.
• Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
• Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI's.
• Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
• Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
• Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
• ITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

You have knowledge and expertise in:

• Product Lifecycle Management:Possess a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-release support.
• User Experience (UX) Design Principles:Demonstrate a commitment to creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that prioritize user needs.
• Agile Methodologies:Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to drive efficient and iterative product development.
• Technology Trends:Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities and drive business value.

• You have 5+ years’ experience
• You have expertise in relevant products, with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain
• You have strong experience in Product management, PO certification
• You show strong stakeholder engagement & focus on the “voice of stakeholders”
• You have negotiation / mediation skills
• You have good communication skills
• You have the ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments
• Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices
