Business Developer

Certification & Formation ISO – Anglais courant

CDI basé en remote – 100% télétravail n’importe où en France

Salaire 46 000 E + 20% primes non plafonnées + voiture de fonction

Pour ce poste, vous avez impérativement une expérience en tant que Commercial chez d’un certificateur ISO (obligatoire : 14001, 9001, 27001) avec une expérience en chasse et élévage commercial d’au moins 3 ans auprès d’entreprises BtoB industrie.

The Business Developer, is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development and ensuring service excellence to clients.

This position provides and structures solutions and helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards.

Main Responsibilities :
  • Lead sales and business development (BD) plans, its implementation and execution in order to achieve business ambitions in France (60% hunting 20% farming 20% account management of key accounts)
  • Drive the sales and BD of Management System Certification (MSC) and training business in France by achieving individual and team sales targets and other key performance goals
  • On a strategic mode, seek opportunities to develop new business and share relevant market knowledge with other stakeholders to ensure the opportunities are pursued
  • Develop business relationships with customers and new clients including a local network of partners (consultants, channels)
  • Initiate and actively take part in local communication actions such as events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions, and others
  • Support the digitalization transformation and other projects
  • Participate and contribute in the global sales network meetings, initiatives and ensure the sharing and implementation in the French market.

Position Qualifications (Skills / Competencies / Experience) :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development covering B to B services, in the Certification and Training industry (MANDATORY)
  • Strategic approach towards customers and potential clients by translating knowledge and understanding in offering innovative and value-added solutions
  • Market intelligence and in-depth understanding of competitive landscape in France
  • Experience in managing and developing key accounts / customers and winning new clients
  • Fluent English needed
  • Strong interpersonal relationship-building capability to work remotely
