Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent research.
• Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working inside an ATS and following structured processes.

Responsabilités

• Actively source and hunt candidate profiles using multiple channels.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial pre-screening.
• Filter inbound applicants to maintain clean ATS pipelines.
