This role will support Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) for contract renewals with a focus on hardware and software.
What Strategic Sourcing Indirect contributes to Cardinal Health
Strategic Sourcing Indirect is responsible for developing and executing strategy to source IT indirect goods and services to support our business stakeholders and programs. Perform analysis to determine Enterprise IT demand and forecasting for software/hardware repairs and maintenance and SaaS contract renewals. Provide data, analytics and reporting for repairs and maintenance, SaaS, and supplier spend. Assist category managers with supplier relationship management and contract compliance management, including maximization of financial deliverables and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
Advisor for assigned repair, maintenance and SaaS contract renewals, with a focus on hardware and software
Primary partner support for key IT stakeholders within assigned contract renewals
Work closely with sourcing teams and IT to provide analytics and reporting for repair, maintenance, SaaS renewals and spend
Assist in performing quality audits on information contained within appropriate tracking tools
Coordinate internal IT teams to formalize future demand requirements for assigned projects
Initiate new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing indirect supplier contracts
Identifies innovative procurement solutions that provide cost savings and process efficiencies for the organization
Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders
Submit BuyNow purchase requests within assigned projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2+ years of experience in indirect procurement or related field, preferred
IT hardware/telecom/network sourcing experience preferred
Ability to provide analytics and reporting to all levels within the organization
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800
