A national telecommunications provider is looking for a Sales Support & Escalation Coordinator to manage sales escalations and ensure urgent issues are tracked effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate across departments. Candidates should have over 3 years experience in sales support or customer service, with a preference for escalation management experience. Competitive benefits and salary range of $39,131 - $59,315 is offered.

The Sales Support & Escalation Coordinator is the primary liaison between Dispatch and the Consumer & Small Business Sales teams, ensuring that escalations are managed with urgency and precision. This role will triage, assign, and track all high-priority issues, including CEO escalations, and act as the single point of contact for Sales leaders to get customer orders back on track quickly.
