Job Title: Online Travel Reservationist – Remote

Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Online Reservationist to join our remote team. In this role, you will support clients by researching availability, managing travel bookings, and ensuring accuracy in all reservation details. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to bring dream vacations to life.

• Process client reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages using online booking systems
• Review and confirm booking details, ensuring accuracy with travel dates, destinations, and preferences
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding updates, changes, or special requests
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
• Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination policies, and system updates
• Collaborate with other team members and travel advisors to ensure a smooth booking experience
• Provide high-level service and professionalism in all client interactions

• Previous experience in reservations, travel coordination, or customer service preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment using digital tools and platforms
• Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet

Salary: $35,000 - $65,000 a year
