A global technology leader is looking for an EL Leadership & Soft Skills Development Partner to enhance Leadership capabilities and support cultural evolution in Electrification. Responsibilities include designing learning solutions aligned with business needs and integrating insights from talent management. Ideal candidates possess experience in global program management, strong stakeholder relationships, and a Master's degree. Fluency in English and commercial awareness are essential.
Qualifications
- Consolidated experience as a Learning Architect with Leadership Programs.
- Background as a Program Manager in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of industry trends in leadership development.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Leadership and soft skills learning solutions.
- Develop solutions based on talent management agenda outputs.
- Integrate Leadership and soft skills into Learning paths.
- Review solutions portfolio and promote effective stakeholder communication.
- Create an external network to support learning solution delivery.
