Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Lead activities to create opportunities for contracts and collaboration with the Government of Japan and all other target customers, and to secure contracts with prospective customers, including those related to on‑orbit services.
  • Develop, plan, and execute communication strategies to support collaboration with the Government of Japan, industry customers, and partners.
  • Actively carry out sales activities, including engagement and coordination with business leads, customers, and partners.
  • Articulate the business value proposition and develop competitive proposal documents. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales or business development.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent to JLPT N1.
  • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above (submission of test scores is not required).
  • Experience in sales or business development related to GEO missions.
  • Understanding of the ecosystem surrounding JAXA and the Government of Japan, including the Ministry of Defense.
  • Experience handling sensitive information, such as information security, technical data management, and export control–related activities.
  • Basic knowledge of debris removal, end‑of‑life (EOL) operations, and on‑orbit services.

  • 事業のセールスポイントを伝え、競争力のある提案書を作成する。
  • その他、レポーティングマネージャーから指示された業務。
  • 5年以上のソリューション営業または事業開発経験。
  • 自立心があり、積極的で、自発的に行動できる方。
  • 優れた対人能力、組織能力、および技術的・非技術的な聴衆を含む書面/口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
  • 日本語ネイティブ、または日本語能力試験N1相当の日本語力。
  • TOEIC700点以上または同等の英語力(スコア提出は必須ではない)。
  • GEOミッションに関する営業または事業開発の経験。
  • JAXAおよび日本政府(防衛省含む)のエコシステムへの理解。
  • 情報セキュリティ、技術情報管理、輸出管理等、機微情報の取り扱いや配慮が必要な業務経験。
  • デブリ除去、EOL(End-of-Life)、軌道上サービスに関する基本的な知識。
