• Design and implement Leadership and soft skills learning solutions.
• Develop solutions based on talent management agenda outputs.
• Integrate Leadership and soft skills into Learning paths.
• Review solutions portfolio and promote effective stakeholder communication.
• Create an external network to support learning solution delivery.
