The role involves managing projects with complex and evolving software technologies, maintaining customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement.

1. Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
2. Identifying and mitigating technical and project risks.
3. Maintaining strong customer focus and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
5. Supporting the delivery schedule of third-party deliverables.
6. Advocating for appropriate technologies from Canonical's portfolio to customers.

• Strong academic background in science, software engineering, or IT, with excellent communication skills in English.
• A solution-oriented mindset and proven leadership skills.
• Academic excellence from high school through university or equivalent experience.
• Degree in a technical field or a compelling alternative narrative.
• Confidence in communication, negotiation, and sharing ideas.
• Experience in exceeding expectations and a passion for technology.
• Professional English language skills and excellent presentation abilities.
