Vos missions
- Garantir la conformité des statuts et cadres de gouvernance,
- Conseiller les instances dirigeantes sur les enjeux juridiques,
- Développer les dispositifs de conformité et de contrôle interne,
- Superviser les audits, la protection des données et la gestion des risques,
- Gérer les contrats et les processus d'achat,
- Accompagner les équipes internes sur les aspects juridiques,
- Encadrer et faire évoluer l'équipe Legal & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure legal compliance of statutes and governance frameworks,
- Advise leadership on legal and corporate matters,
- Develop compliance systems and internal controls,
- Oversee audits, data protection, and risk management,
- Manage contracts and procurement processes,
- Support internal teams on legal aspects of projects,
- Lead and develop the Legal & Compliance team.

France, Belgique, Allemagne, Espagne ou Italie
Location
France, Belgium, Germany, Spain or Italy - 100% remote
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en droit et conformité dans un contexte européen ou international,
- Maîtrise du droit européen et d'au moins une juridiction de l'UE,
- Anglais courant, français professionnel (B2+),
- Rigueur, sens de l'éthique, excellentes capacités de communication.
Ideal Profile
- Extensive experience in legal and compliance roles in a European / international context,
- Strong knowledge of EU law and at least one EU jurisdiction,
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French (B2+),
- Structured, ethical, and an excellent communicator.
