Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire a Digital Product Owner in Paris

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Product Owner to join Sanofi’s R&D Accelerator , a fast growing team building powerful digital tools that help get new therapies to patients faster. This role is all about owning a clinical data platform used by physicians to evaluate patient data during clinical trials , a product that’s already live and scaling fast, with plenty of room to grow, shape and experiment.

About the role

This is not a coordination job. This is true product ownership .

You’ll take the lead on a web based product designed to help doctors make faster, smarter decisions during clinical trials. Built fully in house and launched in June, the product is already used daily across Sanofi by a wide internal user base. There’s no legacy mess , no pile of inherited backlog, just space to build, test and deliver real value.

You’ll work with a talented team of developers and collaborate with a second PO focused on the data layer. Your focus : driving the web experience forward, championing value creation, and bringing fresh ideas to life in a high autonomy, high ownership setup.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and priorities
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Partner with developers, researchers and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Promote hypothesis driven development , not feature dumping
• Constantly ask : why are we building this and where’s the value
• Push for meaningful metrics and help the business understand value creation
• Bring energy, ideas and creativity to the table, we want more than execution
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both tech and business teams

Nice to have (but not a deal breaker)

• Experience with clinical trials, healthcare or life sciences
• Worked on data heavy products before or understand the power of usage data
• Comfortable with technical conversations and collaborating closely with engineers
• Have ideas and aren’t afraid to test them, creativity is highly valued here
