Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe, with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is set to re-open in December 2019 following renovation. Our seasonal operations run from December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

About the role:

The Bakery Sous Chef will be responsible for the preparation, creation, and execution of all desserts and baked goods, as well as assisting in overseeing the bakery kitchen’s overall operation, cleanliness, and organization.

What you will do:

1. Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis, Trainees, and Apprentices
2. Manage production and product storage
3. Place orders and ensure merchandise follow-up
4. Adapt merchandise order levels to activity levels and food cost targets

What we are looking for:

1. Two to five years of previous experience in a pastry leadership position
2. The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
3. You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French

1. 39-hour seasonal contract
2. Salary communicated during interview
