OBJECTIFS PRINCIPAUX

Le rôle du Prévisionniste des ventes est d’animer les prévisions de vente du portefeuille de produits dont il a la charge (environ 3000 références). Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements du groupe (Production, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain) pour assurer le développement du chiffre d’affaires tout en maintenant des niveaux de stocks satisfaisants.

Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDD.

RESPONSABILITES

• Construire les prévisions de vente d’un portefeuille de produits sur un périmètre international
• Croiser les infos business (calendrier marketing, hausses tarifaires…) et l’algorithme prévisionnel (statistical forecast) pour construire une prévision sur un horizon de 18 mois
• Nettoyer et suivre les historiques de vente (promos, implantations) pour améliorer l’algorithme
• Alimenter le processus S&OP mensuel via la Demand Review
  
  

• Etre l’interlocuteur du Marketing, du Commerce, de l’Administration Des Ventes et des équipes Planning de production sur les problématiques concernant le portefeuille de produits dont le prévisionniste a la charge :
• Accompagner les évolutions du portefeuille produits (arrêts et évolutions de gammes)
• Création et maintenance d’outils mis à disposition de ces services
• Demandes de délais en cas de rupture, extractions de stocks et couvertures
  
  

• Participer à des projets transverses
• Etre partie prenante sur la fiabilisation de l’outil de Prévision de vente
• Etre moteur sur la réduction de la complexité au sein de notre organisation
• Optimiser ou solidifier les processus existants

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

• Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit au minimum)
• Bonne connaissance d’Excel
• La connaissance de SAP et/ou d’APO est un plus
• Formation : Bac + 5 Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieur
• Anglais courant
• Ouverture et curiosité d’esprit
• Force de décision et de conviction
• Sens du travail en équipe
