Job summary
A leading technology company in Paris is seeking a Senior IC to enhance their products and develop new features. In this role, you will mentor your team members while working on continuous improvements and ensuring an excellent user experience for customers. The ideal candidate should be skilled in full-stack development and have significant experience with key technologies such as Spring, .NET, and React.

At Skillup were a twenty-strong Tech / Data / Product team divided into 4 features teams organized according to the different modules (training skills interviews and people review) of our SaaS solution.
Each features team reports to a tech lead and a dedicated product manager and is responsible for a functional and technical area that enables us to manage projects: design development testing and QA delivery and maintenance.
There is also a data team (4 people) in charge of implementing a reliable and scalable data architecture.
The rest of the team is supported by 2 UX Designers 1 Engineering Manager 1 Head of Product and the CTO on the management side.
Youll be part of one of the Skillup teams fullstack squads (4 developers). Your role is to help us improve our products develop new features and offer our customers the best possible user experience.
As a Senior youll not only act as a reference on design and development issues but youll also help your team members to progress by sharing your expertise.
- Work on the continuous improvement of existing functionalities / modules
- Work on the implementation of new functionalities / modules
