An innovative AI and tech company in Lille seeks a Technical Support Specialist to assist dealers and service partners with software and hardware issues during the deployment of robotic technologies. The role involves conducting maintenance, analyzing after-sales issues, and delivering tailored training. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in French and Mandarin. This position may require domestic travel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in French and Mandarin is crucial for communication.
Hands-on capabilities in mechanical electronics circuits are essential.
Experience with Linux platforms is a plus.
Responsabilités
Provide technical support during machine deployment for software and hardware issues.
Conduct maintenance and technical upgrades for stable equipment operation.
Analyze and generate reports for after-sales issues.
Conduct on-site testing and provide feedback on results.
Assist in collecting after-sales issues and customer satisfaction assessments.
Collaborate with the sales team for support and training.
Train dealers to enhance their service capabilities.
