Founded in 2018, Chiliz is a blockchain provider focused on the sports and entertainment industry. We build scalable, secure blockchain-enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets.

$CHZ is the native digital token for the Chiliz sports & entertainment ecosystem currently powering Socios.com and the Chiliz Chain blockchain.

Socios.com is a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.

THE ROLE

Are you someone who lives and breathes marketing, excels at running memorable campaigns, and gets excited about all things in Web3? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Campaign Strategist who’s equal parts creative thinker and strategic doer. You’ll lead bold, buzz-worthy campaigns that supercharge brand love in the crypto space for our Fan Tokens and Chiliz ecosystem.

This role is all about turning big ideas into meaningful marketing moments. You'll own the full campaign journey—from shaping standout concepts to orchestrating flawless execution across channels. Think of it as being the playmaker of our football/soccer team.

Duties &Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development

• Dream up fresh, daring campaign ideas that tap into culture, crypto, and community, aligned with Chiliz Group brand’s heartbeat.
• Translate strategic goals into story-led marketing blueprints that connect with Web3-savvy communities.
• Ensure campaigns reflect our identity—blending blockchain credibility with authentic community-first appeal.

2. Campaign/Project Management & Execution

• Build and roll out smart, data-informed campaigns that are on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Define campaign essentials—audience, messaging, channels, KPIs, and creative angles, alongside the Campaign Manager.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Be the friendly glue between teams—linking Acquisition/Retention, Brand/ Creative to bring campaigns to life.
• Work closely with Product, Legal, Rewards, and Comms to ensure campaigns are cohesive and complete.
• Lead cross-team workstreams, driving momentum and alignment.

4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track campaign performance live, teaming with BI to turn data into action.
• Tweak, test, and optimize using real-time insights and post-campaign learnings.

5. Budget Management

• Be savvy with spend—ensuring smart resource planning and high-impact investments.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing campaigns management role.

• Demonstrated experience owning the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and strategic planning to execution and optimization across multiple channels.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver highly creative, cross-platform marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable results.

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns, timelines, budgets, and diverse stakeholders.

• Extensive experience collaborating cross-functionally with partnership, product, legal, brand, creative, and other teams.

• Proficiency in Web3, crypto, or blockchain technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful marketing messages.

• Experience with data-driven performance monitoring and optimization, leveraging insights to refine campaign strategies.
