A leading company in home appliances is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat while collaborating with internal teams. This role offers a monthly base salary of €1,000, performance bonuses, a relocation package, and health insurance. If you are fluent in French and passionate about customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Prestations

1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance bonus (×12 months)
2,000 welcome bonus
Relocation package including flight reimbursement and accommodation

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French (C1C2) and good English (B2+).
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
