Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site services (commissioning, training, verification, adjustment, preventive maintenance)
• Manage and coordinate with service partners or subcontractors
• Contribute to training sales teams and developing their technical skills
• Troubleshoot client issues on-site or remotely
• Follow up on technical and administrative files related to interventions
• Diagnose and handle customer complaints according to the process
• Conduct product and system expertise

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of fluid control and regulation (electrotechnics, automation, mechanics, pneumatics)
• Knowledge of communication networks (field buses)
• Proficiency in English (B2), German is a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Office 365, and general computer skills
• Dynamic, customer service-oriented, good communication, curious, eager to learn, proactive, autonomous, mobile, team spirit
