A global energy operator in Paris is seeking a Technical Assistance and HR Support professional to manage service provision contracts, coordinate with technical assistance companies, and support HR activities. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and French, and advanced knowledge of IT tools like Excel. JOB TITLE: Technical Assistance and HR support

CLIENT: Global Energy Operator - TotalEnergies

LOCATION: Paris, France

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Residential

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 Month Annually Renewable Contract

MISSION / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

Under the responsibility of the TAS Lead, the service holder shall support the Suriname projects Human Resources and Contract Services:

  • The tendering, contract award and management of Technical Assistance Services (TAS).
  • Support the HR & Administration Coordinator for administrative and HR activities.
  • Support the HR & Administration Coordinator for HR and TAS Contract reporting activities.
ACTIVITIES
  1. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy.
  2. Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams.
  3. To work by anticipation.
  4. Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures.
  5. Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders. Develop, negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companies (Considering the existing TAS Frame Agreements)
  6. Conduct commercial negotiations and report to Management.
  7. Coordinate awarded contracts with Technical Assistance companies, PCM Team, Suriname affiliate,...
  8. Prepare renewal/s of the contract/s, presentations to Local Contract Committee, amendments, etc..., in a timely manner.
  9. Contribute to ensure the management of Project HR file regarding the Contracted data (Mobilization process on time, date, etc ...)
  10. Ensure regular reporting of Contractual activities (PO, CFT,... follow-up)
  11. Support of the HR & Administration Manager on overall administrative activities (Reporting, ...)
  12. Ensure strict confidentiality for all the HR data/information/documentation received or issued (whatever its support)
CONTEXT & ENVIRONNMENT
  • The services take place in the frame of the execution phase of a major offshore Oil & Gas project in Suriname, the GranMorgu Project, managed by TotalEnergies Project Management Team a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the development studies and the execution activities thanks to different important contracts.
  • The technical challenges the Project will have to face are reservoirs development, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system definition, construction, commissioning, and installation.
  • The GranMorgu Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule and/or reducing the costs, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus
QUALIFICATIONS
  • From 5 to 10 years of experience in managing service provision contracts and tendering processes.
  • Autonomous with the ability to manage several dossiers simultaneously.
  • Rigorous and methodical.
  • Good communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized and ability to put issues into perspective.
  • Ability to work on projects and Team spirit in a complex, challenging and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French.
  • Advanced knowledge & experience in relevant IT tools (Pack office, ...), specially EXCEL (Pivot Table)
