What you'll do

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Growth Team in the Business Performance Domain

As a Software Engineer your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will be working in a feature team developing great user experience, referral programs, try-out sessions and clear value propositions.

Your responsibilities
  • Collaboratively design, implement and maintain high quality solutions delivering value to our users.
  • Contribute to the modularization of the team’s domain enabling Doctolib to scale.
  • Handle the day to day team operations (improve monitoring, fix bugs and security issues)
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback during pair programming sessions.

  • You have experience navigating technical debt, comfortably balancing between consciously incurring legacy and actively reducing it.
  • You are product‑oriented and can suggest trade‑offs to balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • You have experience in monitoring the health of the system you are building and actively contribute to its improvement.

  • You are familiar with Domain Driven Design.
  • You are an advocate for pair and mob programming.
