We are seeking a senior specialist in rail welding machinery, with deep expertise in Flash Butt Welding (FBW) technologies, to support a short-term strategic consulting assignment focused on future rail welding solutions

Scope of work

• Map the global FBW machinery landscape, with emphasis on mobile, semiಿಯಾಗದ, and compact systems
• Assess technology evolution pathways: automation, digital control, data capture, and miniaturisation of FBW equipment
• Compare સરકારે vs ATW from a forward-looking perspective: productivity, scalability, workforce dependency, and longידזש LCC
• Identify next-generation design levers: reduced footprint, lower mass, modular architectures, energy efficiency, and faster deployment

Profile sought
